My principal inspiration comes from God, my creator who has given me life beyond measure and who has given me a second chance to start all over again. I am also inspired by the challenges, problems, and the unexpected situations of the people in my community and the larger global community as well. Being an active member of TakingITGlobal has lead me to numerous achievements, many of which have occurred this year. TIG has, as its saying goes, “inspired, informed, and involved” me to become successful both locally and internationally. What inspires me? Humanity. That we can be resilient in the face of uncountable woes, that we can show kindness in the face of cruelty, that we can smile even in the worst of calamities, and that we(some of us at least) possess the intelligence to create solutions to our problems even in the smallest of ways never ceases to amaze me. As a human beings I believe, there are virtually no bounds as to what we can do with the power God gave us!
